In following lines is the reading based on the detailed analysis of your horoscope cast as per the birth particulars given by you.

You have not given any background about the year of your marriage and also the previous history of pregnancies etc. That information is very essential for analyzing the prospects for progeny and what lies in store for you from now onwards.

Any way, in the absence of that information, I will have to restrict myself to the indications of the chart and suggest the outcome along with remedies as they unfold.

Understanding your natal chart:

1. The 5th house is seen for children.
2. In your natal chart, the 5th lord MERCURY is placed in the 9th house (Luck, dharma, religion, journeys, foreign travel, fame, etc). 
3. However, Mercury is the lord of 8th house which denotes sorrows, debts, gifts, unearned or hidden wealth, and same time windfalls like insurance money or -lotteries-legacies etc.
4. This is not a good indicator as the Mooltrikona of Mercury is in 8th house.
5. However, in your natal chart both – 5th houses as well as the 5th lord are aspected by Jupiter, which is a relief.
6. In your natal chart, the 6th lord Moon is placed in the 5th house along with Saturn which is Lagna Lord as well as the lord of 12th house. This is not a welcome situation.
7. Your beeja sphuta also indicates some virility / procreation.
8. Venus, Mars and Sun are placed in 8th house.

Understanding the current Dasha and sub Dashas:

You are running the mahadasha of Saturn and antardasha of Rahu upto December 2011 and thereafter the mahadasha / antardasha of Saturn / Jupiter upto June 2014.

The sum total of analysis is that Saturn is likely to cause the delay in getting the baby.  Also Jupiter the planet that is the natural significator for children is weak in strength. In addition to this the planets Mercury (lord of 5th house), Sun (lord of 7th house – marriage) and Venus (significator of virility in human body) are also weak in potency.

The finer influences of various mahadasha / antardasha running during this period together with transit of planets reveal that towards the end of the 2011 and upto May 2014 (during appropriate prayantardasha and transits) you have some promise to have progeny.

As mentioned above, there are several factors which may cause some obstacle and that may also include some medical problems, which may need specialized treatment.

Hence you may not ignore this aspect at all and be vigilant and careful.
