The congress party was reincarnated in its current avatar on 22 nd November 1969.

Based on the planetary configurations, the party is happy and prosperous usually. There has been a positive run in power and trends look good for more seats.

However current trends do not promote a stable alliance due to which its chances of being in a dominant position of power look break.

A fall in luck takes place during June due to which either the party could loose power or its strength and ability to hold power would be very much compromised.

There could be rapid churning and realignment of forces after June 2009 till October 2009.

The Congress's secret enemies could come up to its help and may be pull it down later when it needs the help.

The party should avoid horse trading or using maligned sources as there could be a serious loss of position, status and possible scandal after October 2009.

The congress would need a strategy to cross March 2010 to be able to get back into power the way it had under the last Lok Sabha.

Difficult times when power will come with major compromises.
