Bharitya Janta Party (BJP) was formed on 6 th April 1980.

The chart of the BJP has 3 retrograde planets along with Rahu in the 3 rd house, which gives the party extreme views and aggressive method of going about their work.
It is the rightist view on Hindutva, which gave it rich dividend.

Due to this the party has to live up to its image. Whenever the Hindu and extremist image is changed, BJP Looses.

Further its luck is hampered till the poll process comes into operation.

However in the post poll alignment BJP will form a crucial part of the group which eventually forms the government.

There are chances that power will be experienced after May 2009 but the period could be short-lived as adverse trend between August and December 2009 could spoil the alliance and opportunities that come up thereafter.

Further there could be swings in power equations till March 2014 after which chances of loss of position is present.

BJP's luck will pickup again in 2012.

The period between post polls in 2009 till 2012 could see swings and severe fluctuation is power it can hold.
