- Please confirm all Birth Chart details in advance. There would not be an option of getting a new person's reading at the time of the call.
- We would suggest in open discussion and if possible you should record the conversation for your memory.
- For one person's reading usually 25 minutes are sufficient. For more than one we recommend 45 minutes.
- We would suggest a feed back after the consultation so that we are able to be more relevant in our service.
- In case any remedies are suggested during the consultation, please mention them in the feed back so that we may obtain clarification if required.

- You would need to refer your order number before the chat is initiated
- Please remember it takes about 1-3 minutes before the chat process is initiated.
